Do you only arrange tours for groups?

We primarily organise tours for groups, for the travel trade. We
do not usually deal with requests for just one or two people
(FIT), although we can sometimes assist with Bed & Breakfast
accommodation requests in Perthshire, at a private country

What size groups do you work with?

The minimum number for a group booking is usually 19 - 20
people. The maximum number is usually 48 - 49 people,
although larger groups can be accommodated.

How long are your tours?

We can arrange anything from a half-day excursion upwards.
Most tours tend to be 4 or 5 nights / 5 or 6 days.

How far in advance do we need to book a tour?

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible in order
to ensure the best possible chance of securing the most
suitable accommodation for your group. We would suggest,
where possible, booking no later than December for a group
tour the following year.

However, if you need to book at shorter notice, we'll happily
work with you to arrange the best possible tour at that time.

What is the minimum age you will accept on a youth /
student tour?

We organise youth / student tours for students with a
minumum age of 13 years upwards. However, the age range for
most of our youth / student group tours is from 16 - 18 years.

How can we pay?

We take payment in advance by direct credit to our bank
account. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept card
